Our Story
One machine. A stubborn idea. Eight years in.
Brewport opened in 2018 with one secondhand La Marzocco, a bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and a lease on a corner most landlords had given up on.
We were stubborn about a few things. Beans had to come from farms we'd actually visited. Every shot had to be pulled, not pushed. The music had to be good. The cups had to be heavy.
Eight years later, those rules haven't moved. The roastery's bigger. The team's grown. But the morning still starts the same way — Mae fires the roaster, Sam dials in the grinder, and the first cup of the day goes to whoever opens the door.
If you make it down to Harbor Lane, that could be you.
